When you contact James
If you email, call or message James, the information you provide is used to answer your enquiry, arrange your session and maintain any necessary booking record.
Payments
Payments are completed on the external Zettle by PayPal checkout. Payment-card details are handled by that provider and are not entered or stored on this website.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. It is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, bookings, records or legal obligations, and is shared only where required to provide the service or comply with the law.
